Prepare the Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chopped green onion, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Place the patties on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
