Method

Turkey Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Turkey

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Turkey

Place the marinated turkey breast on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). Remove from the grill and let it rest before slicing.

Stuffing Preparation

  1. 3

    Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced celery and onion, sautéing until soft, about 5 minutes.

  2. 4

    Combine Stuffing Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, bread cubes, chicken broth, sage, thyme, and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the broth.

  3. 5

    Bake Stuffing

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Transfer the stuffing mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown on top.

Cranberry Sauce Preparation

  1. 6

    Cook Cranberries

In a saucepan, combine fresh cranberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes until the cranberries burst.

  2. 7

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in the orange juice and continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Mayo Preparation

  1. 8

    Mix Mayo

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce. Mix until well combined. Adjust heat by adding more Sriracha if desired.

Assembly

  1. 9

    Assemble the Hot Bobbie®

Slice the bread rolls in half. Layer sliced turkey, a generous scoop of stuffing, cranberry sauce, and a spread of spicy mayo on the bottom half of the roll. Top with the other half of the roll and serve.
