Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Method

Spinach & Artichoke Dip

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

Thaw the frozen spinach in a microwave or on the stove. Once thawed, drain excess water and squeeze out any moisture. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

  3. 3

    Add Seasonings

Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the mixture along with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Pasta Chips

  1. 5

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.

  2. 6

    Season the Pasta

In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt to taste.

  3. 7

    Bake the Chips

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pasta chips are golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
