Thaw the frozen spinach in a microwave or on the stove. Once thawed, drain excess water and squeeze out any moisture. Set aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the mixture along with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
