Layer the Lasagna
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom. Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of meat sauce, then a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and sauce on top. Finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake the Lasagna
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
