Prepare the Vegetables
Thinly slice the onion, and chop the tomato. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

Prepare the Meats
Slice the Genoa salami, capicola, and prosciuttini into thin strips if not pre-sliced.

Slice the Cheese
Cut the provolone cheese into thin slices.
Assembly

Assemble the Sandwich
Take the Italian bread or sub rolls and cut them in half lengthwise. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on both sides of the bread.

Layer the Ingredients
Layer the sliced meats (Genoa salami, capicola, and prosciuttini) on the bottom half of the bread, followed by the provolone cheese, sliced onions, chopped tomatoes, and lettuce.

Season the Sandwich
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of the layered ingredients for added flavor.

Close and Serve
Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich, press down gently, and cut the sandwich in half if desired. Serve immediately or wrap for pickup/delivery.
