In a large bowl, add the mixed greens as the base of the salad.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and add them as well. Grate or julienne the carrots and mix into the salad.

Sprinkle the feta cheese evenly over the salad. Add the olives, thinly sliced red onion, and croutons on top for added flavor and texture.
