Prepare the Spinach
Wash and chop the fresh spinach into small pieces. Set aside.

Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Flavorings
Add the chopped spinach, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until evenly combined.

Fold in Tomatoes
Gently fold in the diced tomatoes, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dip.

Chill the Dip
Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Pasta Chips

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
