Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) so it’s ready for baking.

Cook the Ravioli
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the four cheese ravioli and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Add Tomatoes and Spices
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Assembly and Baking

Combine Ravioli and Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ravioli with the prepared sauce, ensuring all ravioli are well-coated.

Prepare for Baking
Transfer the ravioli and sauce mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread it evenly.

Add Cheese Toppings
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the ravioli.

Bake
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
