Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wagyu Beef

Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Season the American Wagyu Prime Grade Beef with salt and pepper. Place it on a roasting rack in a baking dish and roast it in the preheated oven for about 2-3 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130-135°F for medium-rare.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hickory-smoked, honey-cured bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Slice the Vegetables

While the beef is roasting, slice the tomato and onion. Prepare the lettuce by rinsing and drying the leaves.

Assembling the Sandwich

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

Once the Wagyu beef is done roasting, allow it to rest for 10 minutes before hand-pulling it into smaller pieces. Take one slice of club sandwich bread as the base, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on it, then layer on the lettuce, followed by the hand-pulled turkey, pulled Wagyu beef, provolone cheese, crispy bacon, slices of tomato, and onion.

  2. 5

    Complete the Sandwich

Top with a second slice of bread, spread another tablespoon of mayonnaise, and layer with more lettuce, if desired, then place the third slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.

  3. 6

    Slice and Serve

Cut the sandwich diagonally into quarters and serve with your favorite chips or a side salad.
