    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gently clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set them aside. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet, hollow side up.

Preparing the Stuffing

    In a mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped green onion, minced garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Spoon the crabmeat mixture into each mushroom cap, pressing down slightly to pack it in.
