Cooking Pasta

    Cook the Pasta

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

    Sauté the Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Add the cherry tomatoes in the last 2 minutes of cooking.

Making the Sauce

    Prepare the Sauce

    Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Combining Ingredients

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

    Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables and sauce. Toss everything together until well combined. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and evenly distributed.

Serving

    Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped basil. Serve hot and enjoy your Pasta Primavera.
