Chicken Marinade Preparation

Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking the Chicken

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the chicken is resting, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato into rounds.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the brioche buns in half. On the bottom half, spread 2 tablespoons of aioli, add a lettuce leaf, followed by a slice of tomato, and then top with the grilled chicken. Spread another 2 tablespoons of aioli on the top half of the bun and place it on top to complete the sandwich.
