Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the salmon fillets to the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Chop the Vegetables

Chop the zucchini and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill in a grill basket or on skewers. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and lightly charred.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 7

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

  2. 8

    Add Lemon and Garlic

Once melted, add the minced garlic cloves and lemon juice. Stir well to combine and heat until fragrant.

  3. 9

    Finish the Sauce

Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley and a pinch of salt. Keep warm until serving.
