Prepare the Lobster Tails
Preheat the broiler to high. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster tails lengthwise to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

Make the Garlic Butter
Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Broil the Lobster Tails
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, brush generously with the garlic butter mixture, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned.
