Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Grease and flour ramekins.

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together over a pot of simmering water or in a microwave until smooth.

Mix Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture, stirring until fully combined.

Add Flour
Sift in the all-purpose flour and gently fold until just combined.

Bake the Cakes
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft.

Cool and Serve
Allow to cool for a minute before inverting onto a plate. Serve warm with a sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts and a scoop of praline sorbet.
