Cooking Instructions

Prepare the Mussels
Rinse the mussels under cold water, scrubbing the shells to remove any dirt. Discard any mussels that are open and do not close when tapped.

Preheat your wood oven to around 500°F (260°C). If using a conventional oven, preheat to the highest setting.
- 3

- 5
Cook the Mussels
Cook the mussels for about 5-7 minutes, or until they open up. Discard any mussels that remain closed.
- 6
Finish and Serve
Remove the skillet from the heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with toasted bread on the side for dipping into the broth.
