Cooking the Pasta

Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing the Vegetables

Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Vegetables

Add the sliced zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, julienned carrots, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Combining Ingredients

Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine.

Add Sauce Ingredients

Stir in the chopped fresh basil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the cheese melts and everything is evenly coated.

Serving

Serve

Serve immediately while hot. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
