Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook Chicken Tenderloins
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken tenderloins with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through and no longer pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- 2
Sauté Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic, diced bell pepper, and onion. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and fragrant.
- 3
Add Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Stir in lemon juice and adjust seasoning as needed.
- 4
Combine and Serve
Slice the cooked chicken tenderloins and add them back to the skillet. Toss everything together for a minute to combine flavors. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
