In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the third.
3. Bread the Mozzarella
Dredge each mozzarella ball in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure they are fully covered.
4. Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry the Cheese Bites
Carefully add the breaded mozzarella balls to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.
6. Remove and Drain
Use a slotted spoon to remove the cheese bites from the oil and transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
