Preparation

1. Prepare the Spinach

In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before chopping.

2. Mix the Dip

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

3. Add Crab and Spinach

Fold in the crab meat and chopped spinach into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

4. Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
