Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Patties

Divide the Middle Intervale Farm Beef into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

2

Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the patties, place two slices of cheddar cheese on top of each patty, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

3

Prepare the Toppings

While the patties are cooking, slice the onion and prepare the lettuce and pickles.

4

Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly. On the bottom bun, layer the lettuce, followed by one patty, a layer of pickles, half of the sliced onion, the second patty, and top with the remaining onion. Finish with the top bun.

5

Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
