Cold Toddy Ingredients

Method

Cold Toddy Directions

1

Prepare House-Infused Clove and Honey Water

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 4-5 whole cloves. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, allowing the honey to dissolve and the cloves to infuse their flavor. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain to remove cloves and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

2

Mix the Toddy

In a tall glass, add 1 cup of the house-infused clove and honey water along with 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.

3

Add Bitters and Cardamom

Add 2 dashes of bitters and 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom to the mixture. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

4

Add Sparkling Water

Top the mixture with 1 cup of black tea sparkling water. Stir gently to combine without losing the fizz.

5

Serve with Ice

Fill the glass with ice cubes and garnish with a fresh lemon wedge. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing cold toddy!
