Brew the Tea
In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat, add the Earl Grey tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes. Once steeped, remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
Mix the Juices
In a large pitcher, combine 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 cup of blood orange juice. Stir well to blend the flavors.
Combine Ingredients
Once the tea has cooled, add it to the pitcher with the juice mixture. Stir in 1 tablespoon of hazelnut syrup, mixing until fully combined.
Add Milk Components
Pour in 1 cup of hazelnut milk and 1 cup of heavy cream to the pitcher. Stir gently until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Serving
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill. Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with a slice of blood orange or a sprig of mint if desired.
