Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by cutting the beef tenderloin into small cubes, about 1 inch each. Slice the chorizo sausage into thin rounds. Chop the onion, bell pepper, and carrots into small pieces. Mince the garlic.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef cubes and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrots. Sauté for about 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked beef back to the skillet along with the chorizo sausage. Stir in the soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and bay leaves. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  5. 5

    Finish and Serve

Remove the bay leaves and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot.
