Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped mint, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.

Form the Meatballs
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned.
