Assemble the Cake
On a serving plate, place one layer of almond cake, spread dark chocolate ganache over it, followed by a layer of berry compote. Place the pistachio cake on top, spread more ganache, then add a layer of chocolate diplomat cream. Repeat until all layers are assembled. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
