Bread the Shrimp
Coat each shrimp in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each shrimp is fully coated.

Fry the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded shrimp and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Sauce
In a separate pot, heat the tomato sauce over low heat until warmed through.

Assemble the Dish
In a baking dish, layer the fried shrimp, pour the warmed tomato sauce over them, and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the shrimp for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Cook the Spaghetti
While the shrimp is baking, cook the house-made spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Serve the Shrimp Parmesan over a bed of spaghetti with extra tomato sauce if desired.
