Pappardelle Alfredo Preparation Instructions
1. Cook the Pappardelle
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pappardelle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan and Asiago cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pappardelle to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
5. Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
