1. Prepare the Spinach

Blanch the spinach leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer them to ice-cold water. Drain and blend into a smooth puree.

2. Sauté the Aromatics

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, and when they splutter, add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.

3. Add Tomato and Spices

Add chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes soften. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

4. Incorporate Paneer

Cut the paneer into cubes and add them to the pan. Mix well to coat the paneer with the spices.

5. Combine Spinach Puree

Pour the spinach puree into the pan, stir well, and let it cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat.

6. Finish with Cream

Finally, stir in the fresh cream and simmer for another 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
