Method

Cooking the Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Linguine

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Sauce

  1. 2

    Sauté Garlic and Onions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until the onion is translucent.

  2. 3

    Add Seafood

Add the shrimp, scallops, and clams to the skillet. Cook until the shrimp turns pink and the clams start to open.

  3. 4

    Deglaze with Wine

Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.

  4. 5

    Add Cream and Cheese

Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combining and Baking

  1. 6

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the seafood sauce.

  2. 7

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish.

  3. 8

    Prepare for Baking

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with chopped parsley. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the pasta.

  4. 9

    Bake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the pasta for about 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
