Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten the chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is fully coated.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the breaded chicken cutlets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.

Add Sauce and Cheese
Pour the tomato sauce over the chicken cutlets and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Cook the Spaghetti
While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Serve the chicken cutlets on a plate with a side of spaghetti, and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
