Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pappardelle

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pappardelle and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add lobster tails, calamari, mussels, and cook for 5-7 minutes until mussels open and lobster is cooked through.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cherry peppers to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Asiago cheese, mixing well to combine. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Add the cooked pappardelle to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
