Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Form mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Cook the Meatballs
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove meatballs from skillet and set aside.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet used for meatballs, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan and asiago cheeses until melted and smooth. Add cherry tomatoes and chopped scallions, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Combine Everything
Add cooked macaroni and meatballs to the sauce, stirring to combine everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

Serve hot, garnished with additional scallions or cheese if desired.
