Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

Cook the house-made spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Seafood

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the lobster tail and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly opaque.

  3. 3

    Add the Broth Ingredients

Stir in the sliced cherry peppers, canned tomatoes (crushed), salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.

  4. 4

    Combine the Seafood

Add the calamari and mussels to the pot. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels open and the calamari is tender.

  5. 5

    Combine with Pasta

Toss the cooked spaghetti into the seafood broth, mixing well to coat the pasta with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and additional red pepper flakes if desired.
