Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Aromatics

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

  3. 3

    Cook the Seafood

Add the shrimp, scallops, and clams to the skillet. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, and cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the seafood and sauce. Stir in the Italian cheese blend until melted and well combined.

  5. 5

    Prepare for Baking

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.

  6. 6

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Italian Style Baked Riggies & Cheese Seafood Pasta!
