Muddle the Mint
In a shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and simple syrup. Muddle gently to release the mint's essential oils.

Add the Spirits
Pour in the Bacardi Superior Rum, Havana 3 Rum, and fresh lime juice into the shaker.

Shake the Mixture
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.

Garnish
Grate a small amount of tonka bean over the top of the drink for an aromatic finish. Optionally, garnish with a sprig of mint.
