In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Add Vegetables and Conch

Stir in the diced green bell pepper, onion, fresh parsley, and chopped conch meat until well combined.

Incorporate Eggs

Add the beaten eggs to the mixture and stir until the batter is smooth and all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Heat Oil

In a deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Fritters

Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix well until smooth.
