Sliders

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Beef

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with Caribbean jerk seasoning until well combined. Form the mixture into 12 small patties.

2

Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked to your desired doneness.

3

Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.

4

Assemble the Sliders

Spread mayo on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top, followed by a beef patty, a pineapple slice, and a generous scoop of creamy coleslaw. Add hot sauce to taste, then top with the other half of the bun.

5

Serve

Arrange the sliders on a platter and serve immediately with extra coleslaw and hot sauce on the side.
