Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Appleton Signature Rum, Mezcal Agua Santa, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth. Shake well until chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Add Syrup
Gently pour the Sparkling Wine Syrup over the top of the drink.

Garnish
Garnish with fresh mint leaves, slapping them gently between your hands before placing them on top of the drink to release their aroma.
