Gaeng Kiaw Wan - Green Curry Recipe
Green curry with chayote, kabocha squash, makrut lime leaves, basil leaves, and coconut milk served in a coconut(after 4pm on weekdays for dine-in only). Topped with Thai basil and red pepper sliver (contains shrimp). Choice of Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, Fish, or Tofu & Veggies. Served with steamed jasmine rice. Medium spice level; cannot be adjusted. Gluten-free available upon request.

Curry Preparation

Cook the Curry
In a large pot, heat the coconut milk over medium heat. Add the green curry paste and stir until well combined.

Add Ingredients
Add diced chayote, kabocha squash, and shrimp (or your choice of protein). Stir in the makrut lime leaves and cook for about 10-15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the shrimp is cooked through.

Finish with Basil
Stir in the Thai basil leaves just before serving.

Serve the Curry
If using, place the curry in a hollowed-out coconut for presentation. Serve with steamed jasmine rice on the side and garnish with sliced red pepper.
