Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Spaghetti

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté Shrimp and Scallops

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp and scallops, cooking until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Wine and Tomatoes

Pour in the white wine and add the diced tomatoes. Simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to reduce slightly.

  4. 4

    Combine with Spaghetti

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine. Stir in the arugula and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the spaghetti and sauce, topping with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
