Method
Lasagna
- 1
Prepare the Noodles
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Make the Ricotta Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- 3
Layer the Lasagna
In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom. Place 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, then a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers once more, finishing with a final layer of noodles topped with marinara sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Fettuccine Alfredo
- 5
Cook the Fettuccine
Cook fettuccine pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 6
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until the sauce thickens.
- 7
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
Chicken Parmesan

Prepare Chicken
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- 9
Bread the Chicken
Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with bread crumbs.
- 10
Cook the Chicken
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the breaded chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- 11
Add Sauce and Cheese
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, top with marinara sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
