Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form Meatballs
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned.
Marinara Sauce

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Season
Add the canned crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Stir in chopped fresh basil just before serving. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
