Method

Preparing the Ribeye Steak

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Sprinkle the ribeye steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.

  2. 2

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until it's shimmering.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Once the skillet is hot, add the seasoned ribeye steak. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time to your preferred doneness.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Roasting the Potatoes

  1. 5

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half. In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 7

    Roast the Potatoes

Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Cooking the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 8

    Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 9

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet used for the steak, add a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
