    Add Eggs and Vanilla

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

  5. 5

    Combine Mixtures

Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir until just combined.

  6. 6

    Add Chocolate Chips

Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
