Pop the Popcorn
In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 cup of popcorn kernels and cover the pot. Shake the pot occasionally until the popping slows down, then remove from heat.

Once the popcorn is done popping, transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and toss to combine.

Gently fold in 1 cup of dried crickets into the seasoned popcorn until evenly distributed.
