Preparation Steps

Prepare the Glass
Take a wine glass or a large cocktail glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Combine the Ingredients
Pour 3 oz of Aperol into the glass over the ice cubes.

Add Prosecco
Slowly add 3 oz of Prosecco to the glass, pouring it gently to minimize the fizz.

Top with Soda Water
Finish the drink by adding 1 oz of soda water on top of the mixture.

Garnish
Garnish your Aperol Spritz with a slice of orange placed on the rim of the glass.
