Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Wagyu Patties
Form the wagyu beef into 4 equal-sized patties. Season each patty with salt and black pepper.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the wagyu patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Add Blue Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place crumbled blue cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Assemble the Pops
On each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cheesy wagyu patty, crispy bacon, and sliced tomatoes. Drizzle chipotle aioli on top and close the bun.
