Cooking Instructions

Prepare the Bacon and Garlic
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon, leaving the drippings in the skillet, and set aside on a paper towel. In the same skillet, add sliced garlic and cook until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add butter and heat over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

Plate the Dish
Serve the pan-seared salmon over a generous scoop of sweet corn succotash and top with crispy garlic chips. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
