Prepare the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add lemon slices and shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and transfer shrimp to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking.

Make the Cocktail Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Serve
Drain the shrimp and arrange them on a serving platter. Serve chilled with cocktail sauce on the side.
